This cutting edge A++, 7W dimmable retro-fit LED Classic Globe (GLS) (large bayonet cap base) from the Omni-Lamp range delivers a warm white light and brightness, similar to a 60W filament bulb. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:30 (UTC Time) Monday - Friday the same day they are received. The delivery options and rates available to those in the UK are:
- Standard Delivery - Delivery in 2-4 working days (£2.99)
- Next Day Delivery - Delivers next working day placed before 12:30pm (£7.99)
- Free Next Day Delivery - For Orders over £60
For Next Day Delivery, Orders placed after 12:30 will be dispatched on the next working day. Innovation LEDs also provide a free next day delivery option for orders exceeding £60.00. Our free next day delivery option is mutually exclusive with any ONE discount or promotional code we advertise on the website.
Please note that all Next Day Delivery orders placed on a Friday before 12:30, will be DELIVERED on the following Monday. Orders placed after 12:30 on a Friday will be DISPATCHED on the following Monday.
All UK Mainland orders are sent via Royal Mail, and we use UPS for our Next day Delivery Service. Unfortunately we do not deliver outside the UK currently, but we will be looking to expand our business worldwide in future.
We aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that you order is pending and another once the goods have been despatched.
If we are out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days to give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of your order.
Any customers who have paid for “next day” delivery before 12:30 will be contacted by phone/email the same working day if we are unable to fulfil the order in any way. In these circumstances, we will send the goods by your chosen method as soon as they come back into stock – as long as you agree to this.
Do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary.
Where's my order?
We advise waiting at least 10 working days from the shipment date before contacting us about delayed or missing orders. We will always inform you about any delays or issues on our end so always assume it's an issue with the postal service if you have not received your order in the time frame we've given you.
Steps to take:
- Confirm that the shipping address in your order confirmation e-mail is correct
- If your neighbour has taken your post (Your postman didn't leave a card)
- Your local sorting office is holding it (Your postman didn't leave a card)
